Academia Thules is seeking interpreters of modern languages to help to translate parts of our website and some documents into different languages. For example we need Spanish, Italian, French and German translators, other languages are welcome also. Please fill in application form below.

Duties include assisting the students to find courses and to design their studies. Good command of English is needed.

Duties include normal secreterial tasks of keeping up contact information, proofreading official correspondance, organising schedules etc. Good command of English is required. Expected workload is some hours per month.

Duties include helping the teachers to build course pages into Moodle CMS (Course Management System). Skills in website technologies, e.g. html, are welcome, but not required. CMS is easy to use browser based environment. Expected workload is some hours per month.

Duties include helping Academia administration to keep up Moodle CMS. Experience in Moodle is required. Expected workload is some hours per month

Duties include upkeeping of the online student database. The database is browser based and easy to use. Expected workload is some hours per month.

| Assistants of promotion, marketing and sales |
Duties include planning and executing the promotion of Academia Thules for attracting students and new staff members, and finding cooperation and sponsorships with other organisations, business community and governments. Duties of individual assistants are to be negotiatied individually.
