Facultas Historiae

The Facultas Historiae has two subjects, Roman History and Greek History.

General Information

Academia Thules History faculty
-Subject: Roman History
-Subject: Greek History

History faculty in Academia Thules contains two subjects, Roman History and Greek History. At preliminary level there is no separation between these, but at Basic studies and Intermediate studies their courses differ. The aim of the faculty is to teach methodology of historical research and offer enough information for the student to be able to make historical research. Ancient Roman and Greek history set some methodological requirements that are not so central in the research of the history of recent periods, e.g. modern history. As the nature of Academia Thules is international and our working environment is virtual, the teaching is based heavily on theorhetical studies in English.
